Announcement Dark Mode

I added a dark mode style for those who prefer darker screens. If anything seems wonky/weird, just let me know. Also, let me know what you think of the color combos and if they work. I don't use dark mode much, so this was out of my league for sure.

You can switch the style for your account at the bottom left of the screen for both computer and mobile devices.

What is the picture size limit? I tried to load one that I just took of my critter from my phone and it said size was too big.
